They have approximately 2.5 years of experience in Data Analytics, having worked as a Lead Test Analyst with EXL Service, where they focused on Retail Risk systems for a major UK bank. Previously, Kanika managed the Business Intelligence practice at Asian Paints, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. Their professional journey also includes work with Backward Society Education in Nepal, contributing to women empowerment and governance initiatives. Kanika aims to transition into strategy management, leadership roles, and product management.
