Kanka Halder

Kanka Halder is an experienced recruiter with a robust background in technical and talent acquisition. Most recently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Uber from September 2021 to October 2023, Kanka was responsible for strategy and execution of hiring plans, reporting metrics, and managing Data Science hiring in India. Prior to that role, Kanka contributed to recruiting efforts at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Talent Acquisition Associate and at Deloitte as an Associate. Currently, Kanka is serving as a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner at ONE, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and mentoring team members. Kanka holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Operations from M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management.
