Kelsey Tom

Kelsey Tom is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, operations, and management. Kelsey began a career as a Human Resources Representative and Member Service Representative at Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included developing recruitment processes and maintaining strong stakeholder relations. Kelsey then served as Accounts Outstanding Manager at Students of Georgetown, Inc., overseeing significant financial transactions and preparing records for audits. Following a role as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Kelsey transitioned to Uber, initially as Operations & Logistics Manager before advancing to Senior Operations & Logistics Manager and currently serving as Head of Freight Product Operations. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Management from Georgetown University and has also completed a program in International Marketing & Comparative Strategic Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
