Keshon Primus has demonstrated a diverse range of experience in both client relations and academic support, notably serving as a Client Relations Associate at the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services in Trinidad and Tobago, where responsibilities included maintaining client information and improving efficiency in query processes. Keshon further expanded expertise in the academic sector as a Research Intern and Peer Lead at the University of South Florida, providing support to students in Computer Science courses and enhancing curriculum approaches.
