Kristen Durham

Kristen Durham is currently the Head of SMB Sales at Uber Eats in the US and Canada. Previously, Kristen served as SVP of SMB & Startups at Zendesk, where they led a large organization focused on customer service and experience for small and medium-sized businesses. Kristen also held various positions at SVB Financial Group, including Director of Global Gateway, where they emphasized business development in emerging markets such as Latin America and China. Kristen's early career included internships and roles at the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at several organizations, contributing to international and environmental programs. Kristen earned a Master’s degree in Energy & Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
