Kshitiz Kohli

Kshitiz Kohli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Head WFM APAC and Head of Global Command Center at Uber since May 2021, Kshitiz previously held the position of Vice President at HSBC Electronic Data Processing Private Limited, where the Global Command Center for WPB Contact Centers was built and delivered. Kshitiz's earlier roles include Director and Regional Head ASIA WFM at American Express, alongside significant positions at iGATE Global Solutions, Dell International Services, Hewlett-Packard, CLI3L eServices Limited, and Khoday Contact Center. Kshitiz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
