Laura Tierney

Laura Tierney has extensive experience in industrial relations and workplace relations, having held various roles across notable organizations. Starting as a Fair Work Inspector at the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman from 2006 to 2009, Laura later served as a Senior Industrial Relations Officer at Fire & Rescue New South Wales and as a Workplace Relations Specialist at the Commonwealth Bank. Additional roles include Manager of Workplace Relations at the Commonwealth Bank, People Business Partner at TAFE NSW, and Employment Relations and Wellbeing Partner at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, where Laura also acted as Head of Employment Relations & Wellbeing. Currently, Laura is the Industrial Relations Lead at Uber, with a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney.
