Lina Iwabuchi is an experienced delivery management and operational improvement professional currently serving as the APAC Customer Experience Lead at Uber. With nearly 10 years of experience in management consulting, project management, logistics operations, and process improvement, Lina has developed a balanced approach to driving meaningful changes within organizations. At Uber, Lina leads the merchant onboarding team for the ANZ market, overseeing operations for onboarding new merchants and managing both local and offshore teams while influencing global systems to enhance the merchant experience. Prior to joining Uber, Lina held various roles in project management and consulting, including significant contributions at EY and THE ICONIC.
