Luye Chang

Luye Chang, Ph.D., is the Head of Employee Analytics at Uber since July 2016, leading a team focused on employee sentiment and behavior data analytics. Previous roles at Uber include Senior Manager of People Science, Manager of Employee Insights, and Manager of People Research, where Luye Chang spearheaded projects employing various analytical methods to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. Prior experience includes a role as Research Consultant at Select International, where Luye Chang developed assessment solutions and conducted statistical analyses, and a statistical consultant position at the University of Connecticut. Luye Chang holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Psychology from Beijing Normal University.
