Manavi Baveja

Manavi Baveja is an Organization Development Leader and Human Behavior specialist with extensive experience in talent management and development. They began their career with Chrysalis HRD and later worked as a Consultant at Right Management, before holding various key positions at EXL Service and Schneider Electric, where they focused on leadership development and talent strategies. Most recently, Manavi has served as the Head of Talent Management and Culture at Chainlink Labs. They were also a Global Leader for Organization Development at Uber, where they led initiatives across multiple regions, enhancing employee performance and fostering a learning culture. Manavi earned a Diploma in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
