Marjolein van Eck

Marjolein van Eck currently serves as Director and Head of People Partners for EMEAU at Uber, starting in August 2023. Previously, Marjolein held various HR leadership roles at IBM from March 2005 to July 2023, including HR Director for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and Benelux. Additionally, Marjolein has experience as a Workforce Transformation consultant for ING and an HR Transformation consultant for ABN Amro. Prior consulting roles were held at Accenture, with a focus on the Child Protection Board and the Ministry of Defense, as well as earlier positions at Kensas. Marjolein holds a Master of Science degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in January 2003.
