Mark Schramm has extensive experience in finance and integration, currently serving as Director of M&A Finance and Integration at Uber since August 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to joining Uber, Mark worked at EY from October 2011 to July 2018, progressing from Assurance Staff to Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services. Earlier experience includes a position as Audit Staff at TYS from July 2010 to October 2011. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Chico, and has also studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2010.
