Martha Schmolka

Martha Schmolka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, planning, and operations within the transportation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Planning Associate at Uber since January 2021, Martha also holds leadership roles related to growth and operations for Uber Eats in Mexico. Prior to Uber, Martha worked at Aeromexico from May 2017 to January 2021, where roles included International Revenue Management Strategy Coordinator and Pricing Analyst. Additionally, a brief tenure at Delta Air Lines occurred in 2018 as a Fare Specialist through a talent exchange program with Aeromexico. Martha's educational background includes a degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and ongoing studies at HEC Montréal.
