Mary Thompson

Mary Thompson is a Strategic Talent Acquisition and Capability Leader with 16 years of experience in driving global growth, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as workforce transformation. They began their career as a Secondary School Teacher at Brigshaw High School before moving to roles in education and recruitment, including significant positions at Barnardos Australia and Uber. Currently, Mary serves as the Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition in EMEA and the Head of Learning and Development, overseeing talent initiatives across the region. They hold a BA in Criminal Justice Studies and Criminology and Post Graduate Certificates in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Leeds.
