Matthieu Manzoni is an experienced operations and growth strategy professional with a diverse background in management and consulting. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Global Growth Ops at Uber since July 2025, Matthieu previously held leadership roles at Strategyzer, including Head of Growth Strategy and Lead of Growth. With expertise in private equity as a Private Equity Associate at BlueCompass Management Partners, Matthieu successfully sourced and integrated strategic acquisitions while presenting high-growth opportunities to the Investment Committee. Past roles include Project Manager at Strategyzer, Research Assistant at Concordia University and McGill University, and Junior Consultant at Deloitte, where Matthieu contributed to client transformation projects.
