Megha Yethadka

Megha Yethadka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Global Scaled Solutions at Uber since February 2016, Megha oversees a diverse global organization that includes AI/ML operations, digitization, localization, product development, and engineering support. Prior to Uber, Megha worked at Facebook from April 2011 to February 2016 as Manager of Business Integrity, where responsibilities included building and scaling teams focused on online sales operations, advertisement policy enforcement, and brand safety. Megha’s career began at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst (June 2006 - July 2008) and continued at Mindtree as an Associate (July 2008 - March 2010). Megha holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, and a B.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur.
