Michael Bowcutt is currently the Global Head of Workforce Management at Uber, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Workforce Management at Concentrix from 2018 to 2022 and held various leadership roles at Convergys spanning several years, including Vice President and Senior Director of Global Workforce Management.
