Michael Fallon

Michael Fallon possesses extensive experience in security operations and public safety, having served in various roles across multiple organizations. At the United States Department of War, Fallon advanced research on human behavior and resilience as a Research Assistant, focusing on deception detection. Subsequent positions include Lead Corporate Security Manager at Wells Fargo, where compliance and strategic initiatives were prioritized, and Senior Manager of U.S. Security Operations at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on workplace safety and crisis management. Currently, as the Sr. Global Security Lead at Uber, Fallon oversees security for operations in the Eastern United States and Canada. Additionally, Fallon contributed to public safety in the role of Police Officer for the City of Hartford and led safety initiatives as Director of Safety and Security at Asphalt Green. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of New Haven.
