Michelle Weske is currently a Senior Operations Manager at Uber, focusing on strategy, growth, and partnerships within the taxi vertical in Germany. Previously, they served as the Head of Operations for Germany and Eastern Europe at Tesla, where they developed strategies to enhance efficiency across multiple delivery locations. Michelle began their career as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and later worked as an International Sales Account Executive at BARE AGENCY. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg and participated in an Erasmus program at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, studying Italian Language and Literature.
