Mike Orgill

Mike Orgill currently serves as Senior Director of Public Policy & Government Relations for Asia Pacific at Uber since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held several key positions at Airbnb, including General Manager for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan, where leadership was provided to cross-functional teams and business operations, as well as Head of Public Policy & Public Affairs for Asia Pacific, focusing on engagements with policymakers and media in various priority markets. Before working at Airbnb, Mike was Country Lead for Public Policy & Government Affairs at Google, addressing public policy issues in emerging markets across South and Southeast Asia. Additionally, Mike served as Senior Manager at the US-ASEAN Business Council, overseeing affairs in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Academically, Mike Orgill holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University and completed high school at the International School of Kuala Lumpur.
