Milos Radic

Milos Radic is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various high-tech companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Uber since May 2024, Milos previously held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Speedata.io, where work focused on integrating Spark with custom hardware for big data acceleration. Prior to this, Milos was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, leading a team dedicated to Azure Synapse SQL serverless, and played a pivotal role in enhancing resource management in distributed cloud environments. Earlier career experiences include internships at NVIDIA and Sol Software, where contributions involved unified memory support for new hardware and developing a UML to Java code generator, respectively. Milos holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
