Min-Yu Jen

Min-Yu Jen, known as Shirley, is currently a Content Strategist at Uber, focusing on operationalizing content for the Eats and Rides businesses. Previously, they held various roles including Quality Analyst and Teammate at TaskUs Taiwan, where they ensured service quality and provided customer support. Prior to that, they were a Regional Community Operations specialist at Uber Eats Taiwan, overseeing quality and training for customer support. Min-Yu began their career as a Guest Service Officer intern at Citadines Biyun Shanghai and later served as a Project Executive at Elite Professional Conference Organizer, where they organized international conferences. They earned a Bachelor of Science in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from I-Shou University in 2016.
