Ned Collins

Ned Collins has held significant leadership roles across various organizations, including serving as Director of Global Programs for Direct and Hailables (Interim), Director of Strategy and Planning for U.S. & Canada Community Operations, and Director of Postmates Customer Experience at Uber. Previously, Collins was the Head of Customer Experience at Postmates Inc. and co-founded the National Performing Rights Exchange, where the individual served as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Collins has experience as a board member and Chief Executive Officer at Aliner and Somerset, and has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
