Nicholas Bremner

Nicholas Bremner, Ph.D., is a data science and analytics leader specializing in workforce transformation at Uber. With a background in industrial-organizational psychology, they have previously worked as an independent consultant and researcher at Bremner Consulting, where they focused on cultural change and retention strategies for the Canadian Armed Forces. Nicholas served in various roles at the University of Western Ontario, contributing to research on leadership and employee wellbeing while teaching research methods. They have also held positions in strategic leadership at HRSG and have provided insights as an advisor at Orgnostic. Nicholas holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Western Ontario.
