Nilesh Singh has extensive experience in Workforce Management, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management for EMEA and previously as the Head of Global Command Center and Head of Workforce Management for APAC at Uber since August 2019. Prior to this, Nilesh held the position of General Manager Head of Workforce Management at Jio from April 2018 to August 2019. Nilesh also contributed to Concentrix as a Senior Group Leader in Workforce Management from August 2016 to March 2018, and spent over 14 years at Sitel, where Nilesh built and managed a Workforce Management Center of Excellence and led various teams in strategic planning, operations, and workforce analytics. Nilesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering.
