Nils E. Wilfert

Nils E. Wilfert is currently serving as Counsel at Uber, focusing on regional legal matters for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Counsel at Uber and held positions at Noerr, where they specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Nils began their legal career with roles as a legal trainee and clerk in various prestigious organizations, including the Supreme Court of Israel and the German Federal Chancellery. They hold a Ph.D. in Confiscation Law from Humboldt University of Berlin and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford.
