Nitika Gupta

Nitika Gupta is an experienced professional in the field of machine learning and applied science, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Uber since September 2025. Prior to this, Nitika held various leadership positions at Tekion Corp from January 2020 to September 2025, including Senior Director of Engineering (AI) and Director of Applied Science & Data Platform. Nitika's earlier experience includes a role as an Applied Scientist at Flipkart, focusing on demand planning and customer engagement enhancements, and at dunnhumby, where a pricing and promotion framework was developed for a major retailer in South America. Nitika began the career as a Researcher & Developer at Tata Consultancy Services.
