Nurten Ozbas is currently the International Tax Director for EMEA at Uber, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Head of Tax for Western, Southern Europe and the Middle East and Africa at Uber from 2015 to 2021. Nurten's career includes positions as a Tax Consultant with various firms, including Meijers Assurantiën and PwC Nederland, and a Helpdesk Manager at the Openbare Bibliotheek from 2002 to 2006. They earned multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws in Tax Law and Notary Law from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Master Course in Pension Law from Tilburg University.
