After further experience as a Design Process Intern, Paulo joined Uber in 2020, where they held various roles, including Strategy and Operations Manager and Senior Product Operations Manager. Paulo's work primarily focused on market intelligence, business strategies, and product operations on a global scale, contributing to the launch of innovative initiatives and partnerships to enhance Uber's services in Brazil.
