Pavlina Mitchell

Pavlina Mitchell is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in tech recruitment and strategy development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Tech Talent Acquisition and Channels at Uber since July 2015, Pavlina has successfully executed global talent acquisition strategies for various tech disciplines. Previous roles at Uber include Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Interim, Co-Lead) and Director of Recruiting, where Pavlina significantly scaled recruiting operations. Prior experience at Evernote as Head of Global Recruiting involved building product development teams and launching an internship program. Pavlina founded ZABA Systems, focusing on optimizing recruiting processes for startups and has held roles at First Hawaiian Bank and Zen Systems as a consultant and technical recruiter, respectively. Educational background includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley and Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.
