Pedro Melo

Pedro Melo is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations management with experience at Uber since November 2021, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager for EMEA Central Operations, where responsibilities include launching a new product and managing incentives and promotions strategies across 9 markets. Previously, Pedro held the role of Strategy & Operations Coordinator at Uber and contributed as an Operations Intern, developing tools for data analysis. Prior to Uber, Pedro worked as a Performance Business Analyst at PROEF, participating in digital transformation efforts and engaging with senior leadership, and as a Business Intelligence Consultant Intern at B2F, where the focus was on creating a cloud-based BI process. Pedro holds an Integrated Master in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, complemented by expertise in Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Power Query.
