Piyush Palta

Piyush Palta is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development and system design. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Uber since September 2024, Piyush previously worked at CRED as a Backend Engineer from September 2022 to September 2024, and at Flipkart as a Software Development Engineer from July 2021 to September 2022. Piyush began a career in software engineering with an internship at Cloudera in early 2021 and participated as a Student Developer in Google Summer of Code 2020, collaborating with the JBoss Community on an Intrusion Detection System project. Piyush holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, obtained in 2021.
