Николай Злобин is the founder of Akademika, a private, non-profit school in Kiev dedicated to transforming Ukrainian education, where they have organized a team of over 30 employees and launched 16 classes with the help of more than 40 professional teachers since its establishment in 2013. Prior to Akademika, Николай worked as a physics instructor at Unium from 2008 to 2014 and participated in Unilever's Future Leaders Program as a management trainee between 2013 and 2015. Currently, they serve as the head of drivers acquisition for Uber in Central and Eastern European countries. Николай holds both a bachelor's and master's degree with honors from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, achieving outstanding GPAs of 4.86 and 4.85, respectively.
