Pradeep Parameswaren

Pradeep Parameswaran is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior management roles across various industries. Currently a Board Member at Nykaa since July 2021, Pradeep also serves as Regional General Manager for Asia Pacific and President of Uber India & South Asia since January 2017, following previous roles including Head of Central Operations for India. Prior to Uber, Pradeep was CEO of DEN Networks Limited, where leadership contributed to its prominence as a leading cable TV distribution company in India. With a strong foundation in management consulting as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in both India and the US, Pradeep led influential practices in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology. Early career experience includes roles at A.T. Kearney and Hindustan Unilever Ltd, solidifying expertise in operations and management. Pradeep holds an MBA in Operations from Vanderbilt University, a Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
