Currently, they serve as the Asian at Uber Germany Lead, where they focus on promoting Asian culture and ideas within the organization. Previously, Pratik worked in various roles, including a Key Account Executive at Uber Eats and an Interpreter at Dien Hong, where they facilitated communication across diverse sectors. They have also successfully founded and led the Asian Employee Resource Group at Uber Germany, enhancing representation and cultural awareness.
