Priya Amba has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as COE WFM Manager and Capacity Manager at Uber since October 2019. Prior to this role, Priya worked as a Business Analyst in Workforce Management at American Express from December 2017 to October 2019. Priya's career began at Convergys, where roles included Resource and Planning Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, Real Time Associate, Senior Customer Care Specialist Officer, and Customer Service Representative from October 2005 to December 2017. Priya holds a Master of Business Administration from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
