Rachael Smith is a Senior Employment & Labour Counsel for the Middle East and Africa at Uber, currently based in Dubai. They began their legal career as a solicitor at Solomon Brothers before becoming an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright in Perth and Sydney. Rachael later joined Clyde & Co as a Senior Associate before moving in-house to Uber. Having qualified in Australia, Rachael holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Australia.
