Rafael Alloni

Rafael Alloni is currently the Head of Work Policy at Uber, where they engage federal policymakers and stakeholders in discussions about the impact of new technologies on urban mobility and the future of work. They previously served as a Senior Manager for Public Policy, leading initiatives in Brazil’s Southeast and South regions, and as a Senior Public Policy Associate focused on the North/Northeast. Rafael’s experience includes roles such as General-Coordinator of Planning and Evaluation at the Ministério da Justiça and an International Affairs Advisor, where they contributed to international drug policy dialogues. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on international security from Sciences Po, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
