Rahul Prasad

Rahul Prasad is a software development engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as SDE 2 at Uber since October 2022, Prasad previously held the position of SDE 2 and SDE at Microsoft from June 2020 to September 2022. Prasad’s academic background includes a Master Thesis Project at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi, where reinforcement learning and convolutional neural networks were applied to develop algorithms for drone swarm behavior. Additionally, Prasad completed a B.Tech project focused on software design pattern recognition through machine learning and gained practical experience through internships at Samsung India Software Operations and Turtle Shell Technologies Private Limited. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), graduating in 2020.
