Randy Monroe

Randy Monroe is currently a Senior Network Engineer at Uber, where they focus on network engineering for the company’s global network infrastructure. Prior to joining Uber in 2015, Randy held several significant roles, including Senior Manager of Network Operations and Associate Director of Network Services at Carnegie Mellon University, where they built and led network operations teams and managed VoIP infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Randy served as Team Lead for Network Operations at Alcoa and was the first network engineer at BNY Mellon, contributing to the establishment of a modern network operations center.
