Randy Wanis

Randy Wanis is a seasoned security and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in investigations, intelligence collection, and program management across the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Central Programs in Ethics, Compliance & Security at Uber, Randy manages cross-disciplinary teams to address global security challenges in over 70 countries. Previously, Randy spent seven years at the CIA as a Collection Management Officer, focusing on intelligence gathering, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, advising on privacy and security projects. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Public Policy from Patrick Henry College.
