Robert Thie

Robert Thie is currently the Company Secretary for Uber Payments. They previously held various legal roles at ING, including Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary to the Executive Board, where they provided corporate governance support and transaction counsel for ING Ventures. Prior to that, Robert worked as an advocate at Linklaters, focusing on dispute resolution and M&A. They have also served on the Board of Directors for AIESEC The Netherlands, overseeing sustainability and coaching current board members. Robert holds multiple degrees in law, including an LL.M. in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Groningen.
