Robin van Laar

Robin van Laar is currently the Head of Risk Management at Uber, a position held since 2021. Previously, Robin served as a Senior Risk Manager at BAM Infra Nederland B.V. and worked as Project Lead for Auto-ABS/Securitisation at Athlon Nederland from 2020 to 2021. Robin has extensive experience in risk management, having held the role of Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit at Hunkemöller International BV from 2017 to 2019. Prior to these positions, Robin spent several years at LeasePlan Corporation N.V. as a (Jr) Asset Risk Manager and Senior Manager in Corporate Risk Management, and held various roles in operations, sales, and risk management at Auto Lease Holland B.V. from 1996 to 2002.
