Roxy Javadi

Head of US&C Eater & Courier Customer Experience, Uber Eats

Roxy Javadi has extensive experience in customer experience management and program leadership within the tech and retail sectors. Notably, Roxy served as Assistant Manager at lululemon athletica from December 2008 to June 2010. At Uber, from December 2016 to present, Roxy has held multiple key roles, including Program Manager for US&C Uber Eats, where responsibilities included developing and implementing support initiatives, and later as Community Operations Manager, managing a 15-member team to achieve performance targets. Currently, Roxy is the Head of US&C Eater & Courier Customer Experience, overseeing significant support operations and budget management for Uber Eats. Prior experience includes roles at LivingSocial, where Roxy advanced from Consumer Advocate to Senior Production Manager. Roxy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Saint Joseph's University.
