Roylin Castrillo

Roylin Castrillo is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Sr. Vendor Manager in Strategy, Footprint & Process Excellence at Uber, where they oversee the BPO Network for the LatAm region. With a passion for data analysis and continuous improvement, Roylin previously held roles at Uber including Analytics Manager and Vendor Operations Manager, as well as experience at companies such as Amazon and PwC. They possess an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and have completed an M.B.A. at INCAE Business School, with ongoing studies at the Louvain School of Management. Roylin’s career is marked by a strong focus on optimizing business processes and enhancing customer experiences.
