Ryan Kosowsky

Ryan Kosowsky is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Operations at Uber since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the global Talent Acquisition and Talent Mobility teams. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Amazon from November 2015 to October 2022 in various capacities, including Senior Leader of Strategy, Planning & Analysis for Alexa & Devices Global Talent Acquisition. In earlier roles at Amazon, Ryan led recruiting operations and managed significant teams focused on technology and engineering talent. Ryan's career also includes a tenure as Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at Charles Schwab and as Director of HR & Recruiting in the US Army, overseeing personnel management and recruitment for diverse organizations. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in International Relations & Conflict Resolution from American Military University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University.
