Samantha H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. Samantha began a legal career as a Legal Assistant at Lyon Law PC in early 2009, before becoming an Associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from September 2012 to March 2017. Following this, Samantha joined Uber, where the roles included Counsel, Intellectual Property; Director, Intellectual Property; and Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property, from April 2017 to September 2018.
