Samrat Sarkar has significant experience in the field of voice application development and systems engineering over a career spanning more than a decade. Samrat held positions such as Module Lead at Happiest Minds Technologies, where responsibilities included migrating a Banking & Financial IVR application to the Microsoft speech platform and developing a clinical trial IVR interface. At Tata Consultancy Services, Samrat worked as an I.T Analyst, focused on developing credit card IVR applications for the Latin American market, and as an Assistant System Engineer, led migrations to web-based voice applications. Subsequently, Samrat served as Technical Lead and Development Manager at [24]7.ai India, overseeing teams in the development of AI virtual agents and speech applications for various industries. Most recently, Samrat worked at Uber as a Voice Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer.
