Sangdi Lin

Sangdi Lin is an Applied Science Manager at Uber, where they lead a team focused on personalization for the Rider app. Previously, Sangdi held positions at Warner Bros. Discovery as a Senior Manager for Applied Science, developing deep learning-based recommender models, and at Amazon as a Research Scientist, where they improved forecasting models for fulfillment centers. Additionally, they contributed to machine learning research at Mayo Clinic and held roles at Zillow, including Senior Applied Scientist and Manager of Applied Science, focusing on personalization and content understanding features. Sangdi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at Arizona State University, having achieved a 4.0 GPA.
