Shefali Budhraja

Shefali Budhraja is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Partners at Uber since May 2022, Shefali previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Eat Just, Inc. and was Head of HR for Uber Freight and Uber Finance during their earlier tenure at Uber from 2018 to 2021, playing a key role in supporting the Finance function through Uber's IPO. Notable experience also includes strategic HR leadership at Cisco from 2003 to 2018, where Shefali led HR for significant business units, implemented talent management practices, and designed management development programs. Founding a high school and holding a graduate teaching assistant role further complements a strong educational foundation, including credentials from The Wharton School and Arizona State University.
